Stephanie Valentine is a CIA-trained private chef with more than 25 years of experience serving UHNW families across multi-residence estates. A graduate with honors from the Culinary Institute of America, she trained under Charlie Trotter and led the kitchen at the nationally recognized raw food restaurant Roxanne's in Marin County.

Her culinary approach is rooted in seasonal, organic, farm-direct sourcing — and shaped by years of managing the full culinary operations of demanding private households, including meal delivery for private air travel and events for up to 450 guests.

Stephanie holds particular expertise in gluten-free, dairy-free, FODMAP, and allergy-specific protocols — delivering menus that are as health-conscious as they are extraordinary.
